We got a room upgrade to club for no reason at all, thanks for that. Clean, quiet, easy to find. Comfortable beds, not more you'd need for this. The wifi wasn't very fast, but worked fine on youtube, so can't complain. Friendly receptionist. Well done.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly, Maria is so sweet and Tam in the bar and Carolina at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms are very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Rudest man on reception. I was going to cancel my reservation due to how he spoke to me down his nose. Thankfully he ended his shift and was greeted with best welcome by the women on shift. Couldn’t do anything more for you. Food was incredible and got room service. Was an amazing stay despite the first encounter!

It's an older hotel but we'll maintained. The rooms are some small, at least the one we had, but fine. It is a stretch away from the city center. The train station is a ten minute walk and brings tou to the city center in about 20 min. But there's a park in front of the hotel and on the other site of it you'll find a few good restaurants.

Visited for afternoon tea with a friend using an itison voucher on Thurs 26 February at 1pm. Entered and the very polite receptionist ushered us through to a small dining area adjacent to a front bar area which was empty apart from another staff member using a laptop. Another (this time male staff member took our drinks order) once we got our coats off and settled at the table. We had coffee and tea which arrived first and about half an hour before the afternoon tea stand did so we had to ask for top ups and the glass of prosecco which i had also ordered. I also had to move cutlery to another table because the table was quite small to accomodate the tea/coffee pots and cups, condiments and plates and finally the tiered stand with obviously freshly made sandwiches/mini sausage rolls, scones and petit four desserts on the top. There were 4 choices of sandwiches, 2 sausage rolls (warmed through), 2 scones also warm with jam/cream and around 10 different bite size cakes. The atmosphere was a little flat as there was no-one else present except a gentleman who had been in another area obviously a funeral tea to use his phone and then shortly after another gent who was obviously staying in the hotel whose telephone ring tone was extremely loud belting out hail, hail the celts are here several times which he never answered while having his pint sitting nearby. The dark wood panelling of the room and dark coloured seating was only brightened by the many windows around the front of this area but it was clean and very comfortable. The service was polite and friendly and the afternoon tea was good quality and obviously made to order so very fresh. Would visit again but preferably not on the day of a big international game. Would like to visit again but maybe in the restaurant. Wasnt staying here so no comments on the rooms.

We were so pleased we chose Number 10 Hotel as our wedding venue. The day ran so smoothly, staff were incredible, and the food was sublime. Our guests commented on how well organised the day was, and this was largely down to our fabulous co-ordinator Heather. From day one we felt in safe hands, and we had a day that we really wanted, and both couldn't be happier. Special mention to Tam and Neil who were fantastic. Thank you Heather, and all of the team, for making our day unforgettable- for all the right reasons!
